Basket, Flat Twined Bag

Flat twined corn husk bag. Parallel warps, long oval start, Z-twist, plain twining, rightward work direction, outside work face. Dogbane warp and weft. False embroidery in corn husk and red and green wool (green mostly missing; shows dogbane beneath). Diamond design on one side, and house-like motifs on reverse. Buckskin thong laced through top. "McArthur" written on inside of bag.
