28th Annual Mother's Day Pow Wow poster created by the University of Oregon Native American Student Union. The pow wow took place at 220 Gerlinger, University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon on May 11th and 12th, 1996. The poster reads in part, “Traditional dinner for drums, dancers and guests: Saturday, 5:00 p.m. Pendleton blankets awarded to three outstanding dancers in each category. Men’s & Women’s Fancy. Men’s & Women’s Traditional. Grass & Jingle. Jackets awarded to teen dancers.”
